Account & Data Deletion

Darby Bible – Smart Search respects your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and the data associated with it, you can do so directly inside the app in a few taps — no email required.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data listed below as "Deleted" will be removed immediately from our servers.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the Darby Bible – Smart Search app on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings tab (bottom-right of the screen).
  3. Under the Account section, tap your email address or account details.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. You will be signed out of the app automatically.

What Gets Deleted

Data Type Action Notes
Account credentials
(email, password hash)		 Deleted immediately Your email and password are permanently removed.
Bookmarks & folders Deleted immediately All saved bookmarks and custom folders are removed.
Reading position Deleted immediately Your saved reading progress is removed.
Subscription record Deleted immediately Your subscription association is removed from our database. Stripe billing records are managed separately — contact support@silverpinesystems.com to cancel any active subscription.
Anonymous search logs Retained (anonymized) Search queries are stored without any personal identifier. They cannot be linked back to you after your account is deleted and are retained only to improve search quality.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to sign in or access the app to delete your account, please contact us and we will process the deletion manually within 7 days:
